Loyalty is rare with Finnish companies
The average Finnish company has trouble keeping its customers. New research published by ASML and Avaus Consulting indicates that half of the researched companies suffer from poor customer loyalty.
The winner in this year's ranking is Apple, surpassing Ålandsbanken by a close margin. The rest of the top 5 include: 3. Osuuspankki, 4. Lähivakuutus and 5. Säästöpankki. The top ten is dominated by the financial sector.Overall, customer loyalty appears to have decreased in comparison to 2009. The research is based on Finnish consumers' ratings as collected by TNS Gallup. The 2241 respondents correspond to the Finnish population, excluding the Åland islands.
